DSL

DSL - Dæk Specialisternes Landsforening – is the representative for the Danish Tyre Retailers and Retreaders. Founded in 1924, and so one of the eldest branch organisations in the tyre business in Europe. DSL is a strong voice in Denmark and partner in the development of quality and environmental programs. The Danish solution, widely acknowledge as the most practical system in Europe, covers the famous Dækbranchens Miljøfond,    

DSL also provides in the consultation for consumers and motorists, participates in national campaigns to improve the awareness. A good example is found in the effort of creating in 1991 the RFSD (Rådet for større Dæksikkerhed), the Council for an improved Tyre Security, an independent body to provide useful information to the market, fleet-owners and government about tyres and their (road) safety aspects.

DSL also represents the Danish tyre retailer and retread companies on an international level within different organisations.
